摘要
师范生作为中小学教师队伍的主要来源,为适应研究型教师发展的需要,其培养模式正面临着重大转型。本文从时代呼唤研究型教师、研究型教师呼唤研究型的教师教育、研究型教师的培养模式三个方面论述研究型教师养成与本科师范教育的关系。研究表明:研究型师范教育不仅为研究型教师专业素养的养成奠定基础,还有助于研究型教师的可持续发展。
Absract:Students who graduated from the normal school are the main source of the teaching staff of the elementary and secondary school. To satisfy the need of the development of research-oriented teachers, the cultivating model is undergoing a great transformation. The essay discusses the relationship between the cultivation of research-oriented teachers and the undergraduate teacher education from three as- pects, which include the research-oriented teachers required by the time,tile research-oriented teachers education required by the re- search-oriented teachers and the cultivating model of the research-oriented teachers. The research shows that the research-oriented edu- cation not only lays the foundation of the research-oriented teachers' professional quality but also accelerates the sustainable development of the research-oriented teachers.
