摘要
纪录片《舌尖上的中国》致力于介绍中华民族丰富多彩的饮食文化。它是一种包含了文字、画面、音乐、摄影等多种艺术形式的多模态语篇。本文结合多模态话语分析理论对《舌尖上的中国》进行视觉、听觉、味觉、文化四个层面的分析,试图探讨该片如何通过不同模态来多方位展现国人浓郁的乡愁情怀。
The documentary A Bite of China aims at introducing colorful Chinese food culture. It is a muhimodal discourse including words, pictures, music, photography and many artistic forms. Widely accepted for its clever-selected topics and delicate production, it re- minds audiences of their hometown food. It appears to he an introduction of food, In fact, it is a description of Chinese people's hometown. By using the theory of multimodal discourse, the paper attempts to discuss how Chinese nostalgia is presented in the documentary" by analyzing A Bite of China from the four aspects, namely: vision, hearing, taste and culture.
