高校伦理学教学面临的困境及其对策探讨

摘要 伦理学教学是高等教育的一个重要组成部分,这是一门理论与实践高度统一的综合性学科。但当前我国的伦理学教学面临着师资力量相对薄弱、教学方法过于单一、考评方式比较僵化、教学理念相对落后等困境,这就需要我们通过不断提升师资力量、采用多元化的教学方法、逐步优化考评方式等一系列举措,提升高校伦理学教学的整体质量与成效。 An important part of higher education is ethics teaching. It is a new subject and high degree of unity of theory and practice. But the current ethics teaching of our country faces difficulties that relatively weak quality of teachers, teaching methods are too single,the evaluation method is more rigid,the teaching concept is relatively backward.For this,we need enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the teaching of ethics in Colleges and Universities through a series of initiatives of constantly improving the strength of teachers,the use of a diversified teaching methods,gradually optimizing the evaluation method,the use of case teaching method and so on.
