在阐释葛兰西"文化领导权"思想的基础上,通过对作为文化建设、社会主义核心价值观培育以及意识形态宣传主阵地的高校思想政治工作现状的分析,探讨其对我国高校思想政治工作的启示。

On the basis of Gramsci＇s ＂cultural hegemony theory＂, this paper analyzes the present status of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities as the key position in cultural construction, socialist core value cultivation and ideology propaganda, and also explores the theory＇s enlightenment on the ideological and political work in China＇s colleges and universities.
