高职院校航空类专业群建设的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Solutions of Aviation Specialty Group Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges

产教融合的助推力与专业群要素建设的内驱力是专业群发展的动力源。就当前航空类专业群存在的与航空产业链对接不够紧密、共生发展意识不强、协同创新运行机制不够完善等问题,从专业群如何与产业链紧密对接、校企如何共建专业群课程体系、校企如何共谋专业群制度建设等方面提出了对策与建议,旨在能够有效提升航空类专业群建设整体水平。

The thrust of the integration of production and education and the drive of specialty group elements construction are the power sources of specialty group development. At present, aviation specialty group has some problems, such as the leaky joint of aviation industry and group, the lower co-existence consciousness, imperfect mechanism on collaborative innovation. The article puts forward the proposal and countermeasure about how specialty group docks with the industry chain closely, and how they jointly build specialty group＇s curriculum and system construction, aiming at improving the overall level of aviation specialty group effectively.
