“一带一路”背景下航海类高职院校中外合作办学发展策略研究

Development Strategy for Sino-foreign Cooperation between Maritime Vocational Colleges

"一带一路"战略的实施为我国航海类高职院校中外合作办学的发展提供了机遇。本文分析了当前我国航海类高职院校中外合作办学面临的问题,包括国际化意识有待加强及中外合作办学难以开展,在此基础上,提出了"一带一路"背景下航海类高职院校中外合作办学发展策略,包括增强国际化意识,转变办学理念,通过校企合作,成立海外培训机构或开办分校,在"一带一路"沿线国家探索开展中外合作办学新模式及开展航海类国际通用职业资格证书培训。

＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ poses a great challenge for the Sino-foreign cooperation of maritime vocational colleges. This paper analyses the problems existing in the Sinoforeign cooperation of maritime vocational colleges in China, including lack of internationali- zation awareness and difficulty in carrying out Sino-foreign cooperation project. Based on the above analysis, it proposes several development strategies against the background of ＂ the Belt and Road Initiative＂, i. e. , strengthening of internationalization awareness and transforming school-running philosophy, setting up training centers or branches through college-enterprise cooperation , exploring new cooperation mode in countries along ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ as well as carrying out training for international vocational qualification certificates.
