高职学生职业精神培育的现状与对策——以江西应用工程职业学院为例

Cultivating Professional Spirit of Higher Vocational College Students——Taking Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Engineering as an example

职业精神教育是高职教育的重要组成部分,高职生职业精神的培育对其自身的发展有着至关重要的作用。我国部分高职院校对学生进行职业精神培育的现状令人堪忧,以江西应用工程职业学院为例探讨职业精神培育中存在的问题,找出问题存在的原因,并提出转变学生职业观念、加强师资队伍建设、丰富职业精神培育形式三个方面的改进对策,以期对高职生职业精神的培养有所帮助。

The cultivation of students＇ professional spirit is an important part of higher vocational education, and it plays a crucial role in students＇ self-development. Based on analysis of current situation and existing problems, this essay puts forward relevant improvement strategy from three aspects, changing student＇s idea, enhancing teaching staff building, enriching cultivating forms.
