四川农村经济发展水平差异分析

The Difference of Rural Economy Level in Sichuan Province

农民增收问题是解决"三农问题"的核心.以2000~2013年四川省各地市(州)的农村居民人均纯收入和农村居民人均生活消费支出表征农村经济发展水平,通过极值差幅、极值差率、加权变异系数、泰尔指数等方法对四川省各地市(州)农村经济发展水平差异进行了测度.研究结果表明:自2000年以来,四川省农村经济发展水平相对差异和综合差异是在缩小的,但不能忽视绝对差异在不断扩大的现实.

The problem of increasing farmers＇income is the core of solving the problem of agriculture, rural ar- eas and farmers. This paper characterized the development level of rural economy with the use of per capita net in- come of rural residents and per capita annual living expenditures of rural residents of 21 Cities of Siehuan in 2000 2013. We calculated the development level of rural economy gap by using the maximum and minimum index, varia- tion coefficient, weighted variation coefficient, Theil index. The results show that the relative difference and com- prehensive difference of the development level of rural economy in Sichuan is narrowing since 2000, but we can not ignore the absolute difference in the expanding reality.
