远程教育教师的教育技术运用现状与发展策略——以清远电大为例

Application Situation and Development Strategy of Educational Technology for Teachers on Distance Education-Taking Qingyuan TV University as an Example

主要以清远电大为例,针对远程教育教师的教育技术运用现状与发展策略展开研究.研究表明,清远电大远程教育教师掌握的教育技术丰富,产生的教育成效良好,学习的积极性高涨.但年老教师在现代教育技术的掌握方面普遍较差,以老带新的情况也表现的不尽人意,在教育技术培训方面投入精力不够.提出的发展建议包括:适时淘汰部分年老教师;构建完善的师徒制模式;加强教育技术相关培训.

It researches the application situation and development strategy of Educational Technology for teach- ers on distance education, which takes Qingyuan TV University as an example. The research shows that the dis- tance education teachers in Qingyuan TV University are rich in educational technology, so it gets good education effect, and high learning enthusiasm. But the old teacher is generally poor in the modern education technology, al- so unsatisfactory performance with the old with the new situation, not devotion in education and technical training investment. The suggestion was proposed include： timely eliminate some old teachers; build a perfect model of mentoring; strengthen the education technology training.
