摘要
目的为提高免疫实验教学质量,寻找一种安全、高效的免疫佐剂。方法选取牛血清白蛋白为抗原,制备弗氏佐剂-抗原乳化物和蜂胶-抗原混合物,分别免疫昆明种小鼠后,取小鼠血清,通过SDS-PAGE检测血清中IgG的产生情况,经间接ELISA法分析小鼠抗血清效价,观察两种不同佐剂对诱导小鼠获得性免疫应答作用的差异。结果蜂胶佐剂比弗氏佐剂免疫小鼠血清中IgG的产生时间更快、效价更高、更持久。结论蜂胶佐剂在免疫学教学实验中的应用切实可行,有利于提高免疫实验教学质量。
Objective To find a safe and effective immune adjuvant in order to improve the teaching quality of immune experiment. Methods Using bovine serum albumin as antigen, complete Freund's adjuvant-antigen emulsification and propolis-antigen mixture were prepared to immunize Kunming mice. Later, the serum of mice were collected to detect the production of IgG by SDS-PAGE, and analyze the serum antibody titer of mice. The difference between two kinds of adjuvant in the effect in inducing immune response of mice were observed. Results The propolis adjuvant had faster production time, higher titer and longer duration than Freund's adjuvant. Conclusions The propolis adjuvant is feasible applied in immune experiment in teaching, and helpful to improve the teaching quality of immune experiment.
