综合康复治疗对COPD稳定期患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Patients with Stable COPD

目的探讨综合康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者89例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予相关的肺康复治疗。观察并比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗后的PaCO_2、SGRQ评分、MMRC评分均显著低于治疗前,FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、PaO_2、SaO_2、6-MWD显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的PaCO_2、SGRQ评分、MMRC评分均显著低于对照组,FVC、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、PaO_2、SaO_2、6-MWD显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极的肺综合康复治疗可以有效地改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的病情,提高患者生命健康和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods A total of 89 cases of patients with stable COPD admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given regular medicine therapy, while the observation group was given comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation therapy on the basis of regular medicine therapy. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results After therapy, the PaCO2 level, SGRQ score and MMRC score of observation group were significantly lower than those before therapy, and those of control group, the intra-group comparison and intergroup comparison were all statistically significant （all P 〈0.05）. After therapy, the levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PaO2, SaO2 and 6-MWD of observation group were significantly higher than those before therapy, and those of control group, the intra-group comparison and intergroup comparison were all statistically significant （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Active comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively improve the condition of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, improve the patients＇ life and health, as well as the quality of life.
