摘要 目的探讨标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响及预防对策。方法选择2014年9月至2016年9月期间于我院进行健康检查的80例正常者,清晨空腹抽取2管静脉血,1管为溶血标本,1管为不溶血标本,将两份标本同时进行生化检查,对常规生化检查结果进行观察,分析溶血标本对检查结果的影响,并提出相应预防对策。结果溶血标本的TC、BUN、Cr、TBIL、TG水平均低于正常标本,而TP、AST、ALT水平高于正常标本(P<0.05)。结论临床在进行生化检验时,若样血出现溶血会造成检验结果误差,为避免误差出现,需对采集、储存、运送、检验过程中可能出现的影响因素制定相应措施。 Objective To explore the influence of sample hemolysis on biochemical test results and preventive measures. Methods A total of 80 cases of normal subjects who received health examination in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected. Two tubes of fasting venous blood were collected, including 1 tube of hemolysis sample and I tube of normal sample. The results of routine biochemical test of two samples were observed to analyze the influence of sample hemolysis on biochemical test results, and corresponding preventive measures were put forward. Results The levels of TC, BUN, Cr, TBIL and TG of hemolysis sample were significantly lower than those of normal sample, while the levels of TP, AST and ALT of hemolysis sample were significantly higher than those of normal sample (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Hemolysis can cause error of biochemical test results. In order to avoid error, corresponding measures of influencing factors during collection, storage, transportation and inspection should be put forward.
