摘要
目的探讨以现场场景为基础的多学科团队急救演练在羊水栓塞救治中的应用价值。方法对产房医务人员进行羊水栓塞的理论授课、模拟羊水栓塞现场场景进行多团队实操急救演练,培训前后分别对受训者进行考核。结果通过培训,受训医生的理论知识、应急能力、沟通能力、角色定位、团队合作均较培训前明显提高(P<0.05),学员在规定时间内任务完成能力随着演练次数增加而明显增加(P<0.05)。结论以现场场景为基础的多学科团队急救演练在羊水栓塞的救治中具有重要意义。
Objective To study the application value of simulation-based multidisciplinary-team emergency drilling in clinical rescue of amniotic fluid embolism. Methods Theoretical lecturing about amniotic fluid embolism was performed among the midwives and obstetricians in the delivery room, multiple interactive workshops simulating amniotic fluid embolism situations were established, and the medical care personnel was trained under the simulation-based crisis. The medical care personnel were assessed before and after training. Results There were significant improvements in the theoretical knowledge, emergency response ability, communication ability, role orientation and team work after training (P〈0.05). Overall task completion from the first to the last simulation substantially improved after training (P〈0.05). Conclusions Simulation-based crisis team training has important significance in amniotic fluid embolism emergencies.
