自我认知与自我管理对退行性膝关节炎患者健康行为的影响

Effect of Self-Cognition and Self-Management on Health Behavior of Patients with Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨自我认知与自我管理对提高退行性膝关节炎患者健康行为的影响。方法选择110例退行性膝关节炎患者均分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上对患者进行疾病知识的认知培训和健康行为的自我管理。结果干预后4周,观察组患者的膝关节功能评分、健康行为能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加强对退行性膝关节炎患者的疾病自我认知培训和自我行为管理干预,能减轻膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高患者健康行为能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of self-cognition and self-management on the health behavior of patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis. Methods 110 cases of patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group equally. All cases were given routine nursing; in addition, the observation group was given cognitive training of disease knowledge and self management of healthy behavior. Results 4 weeks after intervention, the scores of knee function and health behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Strengthening self-cognition training and self-behavior management intervention for patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis can reduce knee pain, improve knee function, and improve patients＇ health behavior ability and quality of life.
