补肾活血方剂治疗骨质疏松症的现代研究进展

Modern Research Progress of Prescription of Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

骨质疏松症是临床上常见的以骨组织结构退行性改变为特征的全身性代谢性骨病。根据中国传统医学对骨质疏松症的认识,采用疗效确切的中药复方制剂进行辨证论治,取得了很多有价值的经验。随着现代医学的发展,随证对中药处方进行加减化裁,结合现代制剂技术的优势,产生了许多服用方便的有效的现代方剂。本文从肾虚和活血化瘀角度阐述了骨质疏松症的病因病机,并对传统与现代复方制剂治疗骨质疏松症的现代研究作一综述,以期对研究与开发治疗骨质疏松症的补肾活血方剂提供理论依据。

Osteoporosis is a common clinical systemic metabolic bone disease with characteristics of degenerative changes of bone tissue and structure. According to understanding of Chinese traditional medicine to the osteoporosis, the traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation with exact curative effect was used for syndrome differentiation and treatment, which has made a lot of valuable experience. Along with the development of modem medicine, the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the advantages of modem preparation technology, has produced a number of convenient and effective modem prescriptions. This paper reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis, viewed from the point of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Also the modem studies of traditional and modern compound preparation in the treatment of osteoporosis were reviewed, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of prescription of nourishing kidney and activating blood in the treatment of osteoporosis.
