泾川县牛产业发展的探讨

Discussion on the Development of Cattle Industry in Jingchuan County

对泾川县牛产业发展现状进行了调研分析,存在的突出问题是养牛场规划建设不科学、养牛场环保设施建设不规范、黄牛改良工作经费保障不力、基础母牛存栏量不足等问题。提出了严肃依法科学规划建场、注重配套建设高标准环保设施、加大黄牛改良经费保障力度和努力扩大基础母牛群等四项对策。

In this paper,the status of industrial development of Jingchuan Ccounty cattle were investigated and analyzed. The key problems existed in many parts, such as the cattle farm planning and construction was not scientific, the cattle farm construction of environmental protection facilities were not standardized,yellow cattle improvement funding was ineffective and the amount ofcows was insufficient etc. Therefore,four countermeasures were put forward, including scientific planning and construction in accordance with the law, paying attention to supporting the construction of high standard environmental protection facilities,increasing the guarantee of the cattleimprovement,and striving to expand the basic cattle herds.
