四数九里香对高脂血症小鼠血脂调节作用及血液流变学影响

Effect of Murraya tetramera HUANG on Blood Lipid Regulation and Hemorheology in Hyperlipidemia Mice

目的:探讨四数九里香对高脂血症小鼠血脂调节作用及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取昆明种小白鼠70只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,辛伐他汀组,四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组,四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组,每组各10只。模型对照组,辛伐他汀组,四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组,四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组均给予高脂饮食和相应的药物灌胃治疗。观察所有小鼠的体重变化,对血脂及血流变相关指标水平进行检测。结果:给药后,与模型组比较,(1)各组小鼠的体重均较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05);(2)各组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组>四数九里香醇提物高剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05);各组小鼠血清HDL-C水平较高,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组<辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组<四数九里香醇提物高剂量组<正常对照组(P<0.05);(3)各组小鼠高切全血黏度、中切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数水平较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组>四数九里香醇提物高剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四数九里香能够明显降低高脂血症小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平,提高血清HDL-C水平,降低血黏度,防止血栓形成,且高剂量醇提物效果较好。

Objective ： To analysis the effect of Murraya tetramera Huang on blood lipid regulation and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia mice. Methods： Seventy Kunming male mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, simvastatin group, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group, Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group, each with 10 cases. The simvastatin group, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group, Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group were given high fat diet and the corresponding drug treatment. Observe the change of body weight in all the mice, and the levels of blood lipid and blood theology indexes were detected. Results ： After treatment, compared with model group, ① the weight of the mice in each group were lower, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group〉simvastatin group. Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group〉normal control group （P〈0.05）; ②the serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C were lower in the mice of each group, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group〉simvastatin group, Murraya tetrameraa Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group〉Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group〉normal control group （P〈0.05）; the serum level of HDL-C were higher in the mice of each group, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group〈simvastatin group, Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group〈Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group〈normal control group（ P〈0.05）;③the levels of high shear whole blood viscosity, middle shear whole blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index were lower, Murraya tetramera Huang water extract high dose group and low dose group〉simvastatin group, Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group and low dose group〉Murraya tetramera Huang alcohol extract high dose group〉normal control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Murraya tetramera Huang can significantly reduce the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C and improve the level o（ serum HDL-C in hyperlipidemia mice, reduce blood viscosity and prevent thrombosis, and the effect of high close of alcohol extract is better.
