山西奶业发展中存在的问题及对策

2008年三聚氰胺事件,对国产乳企造成了很大影响,让公众对国产奶粉品牌的信任度降到最低,这也导致了国产奶粉销量始终不尽如人意。而进口奶粉则因为其安全性相对较高,在中国市场中的地位日益稳固,从2008年开始,销量便逐年递增,不仅占据着一线城市销量的前列,在二、三线城市甚至是农村市场,也逐渐发力、渗透,严重打击着国内品牌的发展步伐。洋奶粉受追捧的同时,也频频爆出质量问题,其中既有质量问题,也有贴牌生产、假冒伪劣等,高价格不等于高品质。本文通过分析存在的问题,确定加快推进我省现代奶业建设的发展思路。

The melamine incident in 2008 caused a big impact on the domestic milk prices, so that the public confidence in the domestic milk powder brand decreased to a minimum,which also led to the unsatisfactorysales of domestic milk powder. Conversely,owing to its relatively high security in the Chinese market, the import of milk powder becomean increasingly stable position. Since 2008, sales ofthe import of milk powder hasbeen increased year by year, which not only occupied the forefront of first-tier cities but also in the second and third tier cities and even rural markets,andit gradually force,infiltration and a serious blow to the pace of development of domestic brands. Moreover, foreign milk powderalso broke the quality problemsfrequently,including quality problems, OEM production, fake and shoddy, so high prices do not mean high quality. Therefore, this paper analyzed the existing problems, which would help to define the development of ideas and accelerate the development of modern dairy industry.
