定喘汤直流电穴位导入佐治支气管哮喘急性发作期临床观察

Clinical Observation of Dingchuan Decoction Direct Current Acupoint Introduction on Treating Acute Asthma

目的:评价穴位离子导入定喘汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床疗效及其对患者血清免疫球蛋白IgE水平的影响。方法:将66例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者(2015年3月—2016年2月我院呼吸科住院患者)随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组),每组均为33例,两组均予常规缓解及控制哮喘发作的药物治疗,治疗组加用直流电穴位离子导入定喘汤。2周后观察两组的临床疗效,记录治疗前后两组患者的成人哮喘生命质量评分(AQLQ)并检测患者治疗前后的血清免疫球蛋白IgE水平,外周血嗜酸细胞计数及肺功能检查结果(FEV_1/预计值、FEV_1/FVC、PFE/预计值)的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组与对照组患者所有观察指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后总有效率、成人哮喘生命质量评分(AQLQ)、血清免疫球蛋白IgE水平、外周血嗜酸细胞计数及肺功能检查结果均明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤直流电穴位导入佐治支气管哮喘急性发作期的患者,能提高患者生存质量,降低患者血清免疫球蛋白IgE及外周血嗜酸细胞计数水平,明显提高治疗有效率。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint iontophoresis Dingehuan Decoction on treating acute patients with acute asthma and its effect on serum immunoglobulin IgE levels in patients. Methods： 66 cases of patients with acute asthma （ March 2015 - February 2016 in our hospital department of respiration patients ） were randomly divided into two groups （ treatment group and control group ）, each group had 33 eases, two groups were given routine drug treatment and control of asthma remission, the treatment group was treated with direct current （ DC ）acupoint iontophoresis Dingchuan Decoction. To observe clinical efficacy of two groups and record adult asthma quality of life score （ AQLQ ） of two groups of patients before and after treatment after 2 weeks and detect serum immunoglobulin IgE level, the count of peripheral blood eosinophils and the change of pulmonary function test results （ FEV1/FVC, FEV1/ predicted, PFE/predicted ） before and after treatment in patients. Results ： All the indexes of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency, adult asthma quality of life score （ AQLQ ）, serum immunoglobulin IgE level, the count of peripheral blood eosinophil and pulmonaty function test results of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Dingchuan Decoction DC acupoint introduction on acute asthma patients can improve the quality of life of patients, and decrease the level of serum immunoglobulin IgE and the count of peripheral blood eosinophil, and significantly improve the treatment efficiency.
