喜炎平注射液雾化吸入治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Treatment of Children with Herpangina by Xiyanping Injection Inhalation

目的:探讨采用喜炎平注射液雾化吸入的方式治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将148例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组74例,治疗组74例。对照组采用对症基础治疗;治疗组在基础治疗同时采用喜炎平注射液雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率达到97.2%,对照组治疗总有效率为87.8%,两组比较具有显著差异性(P<0.05);治疗组患儿的临床症状、体征消失时间、住院时间均比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论:喜炎平注射液雾化吸入治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Xiyanping Injection inhalation in the treatment of children with herpangina. Methods ： 148 eases of children with herpetic angina were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 74 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatment ; while patients in the treatment group were treated with symptomatic treatment and Xiyanping Injection inhalation. The curative effects of two groupswere compared. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group （ 97.2% ） was significantly better than that of the control group （ 87.8% ）. Compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The clinical symptoms and signs disappearance time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than control group （ P〈0.05 ）; There were no adversere actions in treatment group. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Xiyanping Injection inhalation treatment of children with herpangina is accurate which is worthy of application.
