委中放血治疗急性腰扭伤100例临床观察

Observation of Weizhong Bloodletting Therapy in the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的:通过刺委中血郡浮络出血观察治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的100例急性腰扭伤患者,全部采用刺委中血郡浮络出血的方法治疗的过程进行回顾总结。结果:通过3次放血,参考《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,对100例急性腰扭伤患者采用刺委中血郡浮络出血治疗功能评定,治愈79例,显效18例,总有效率为97%。结论:通过采用刺委中血郡浮络出血治疗急性腰扭伤患者的临床疗效肯定。

Ohjeetive： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of acute lumbar sprain by acupuncture bloodletting of Weizhong. Methods： 100 patients with acute lumbar sprain were selected according to the standard, and all of them were retrospectively reviewed. Results ： Through three times of bloodletting, reference standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis and treatment, 100 cases of acute lumbar sprain were treated with acupuneturing bloodletting of Weizhong in the treatment of functional assessment of hemorrhage, 79 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion ： The clinical curative effect of acupuncture bloodletting of Weizhong in the treatment of aeute lumbar sprain has significant effect.
