高压氧联合中医针灸对高血压脑出血患者治疗与护理

Treatment and Nursing Care of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients Treated by Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Chinese Medicine

目的:探究高压氧联合中医针灸对高血压脑出血患者的治疗与护理方法:将120例高血压脑出血患者随机分成两组,分别为高压氧组和联合组。分别对两组患者进行基本药物治疗和护理干预,对高压氧组患者进行高压氧治疗,联合组患者在高压氧组患者治疗的基础上加以传统的针灸疗法,连续治疗20 d。对两组患者治疗前后认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及肢体运动能力进行差异性分析。结果:两组患者治疗后在认知功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及肢体运动能力等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05),且联合组的改善程度明显优于高压氧组(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者可利用高压氧联合中医针灸治疗及护理干预的方法加以治疗,最终达到提高患肢运动功能、加强患者独立自主生活能力、回归生活、回归社会的目的。

Objective： To analysis the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 120 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. Divided into high pressure oxygen group and combined group. Two groups of patients with basic medical treatment and nursing intervention. Hyperbaric oxygen group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen. Combined group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and acupuncture. Treatment time was 20 days. We analyzed the changes of cognitive function, daily living ability, quality of life and Body movement ability before and after treatment. Results： Cognitive function,daily life ability, quality of life and the ability of physical exercise were significantly improved compared with before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. The cognitive function, daily life ability, quality of life and limb motor ability of the combined treatment group were significantly improved than those of the control group（ P〈0.05 ）, Conclusion ： Hyperbaric oxygen and acupuncture can be better in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. This method can enhance the function of the limb movement, improve the patients＇ ability to live independently, and ensure the patient to adapt to the social life.
