摘要
为探讨内部发展资源和意向性自我调节在外部发展资源和青少年早期幸福感之间的作用,采用外部发展资源量表、内部发展资源量表、青少年意向性自我调节问卷和牛津幸福感问卷测量了1656名7-8年级的青少年。结果发现:外部发展资源、内部发展资源、意向性自我调节和青少年早期幸福感两两相关显著;外部发展资源不仅能直接正向预测个体的幸福感,还会通过内部发展资源和意向性自我调节间接预测个体的幸福感;内部发展资源和意向性自我调节在外部发展资源和幸福感间起多重中介作用。
This study aims to probe into how internal assets and intentional self-regulation mediate between external assets and adolescents' early happiness, by testing 1656 adolescents in Grade 7 and Grade 8 with the external assets subscale of the Developmental Assets Profile (DAP) scales, the internal assets subscale of the DAP scales, the Intentional Self-Regulation Questionnaire, and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ). The results show the following: There were significant correlations between external assets, internal assets, intentional self-regulation and adolescents' early happiness; external assets could help directly and positively predict adolescents' happiness, and indirectly predict adolescents' happiness through internal assets and intentional self-regulation; and internal assets and intentional self-regulation mediated between external assets and adolescents' happiness.
