摘要
基于积极心理学基础上的幸福教育已得到广泛认同,很多学校都在开展幸福教育。而幸福学校文化是建设幸福学校的核心,具有积极和健康、人性和德性、创新和实践、整体和稳定的特点。在此基础上,本文对幸福学校文化的内容进行了解析:价值文化、主体文化、管理文化、课程文化、教学文化、活动文化、环境文化,并以此作为幸福学校文化建设的着眼点进行建设策略的阐述,以及分析对这些要素建设过程中作用力的结构。
With positive psychology-based happy education widely accepted, a large number of schools are carrying out happy education. Happy school culture, which serves as the core of happy school construction, is featured by positiveness, health, humanity, virtue, innovation, practice, integration, and stability. Based on this, this article analyzes happy school culture, which involves value culture, mainstream culture, management culture, curriculum culture, teaching culture, activity culture and environment culture; all these are the focal points of happy school culture construction. In conclusion, the author analyzes the force structure during the construction of these elements.
