摘要 通过装置检修停车实施逐步降负荷运行,最大限度回收物料;检修过程中控制好乙烯储存罐压力,减少物料排放损失;检修后装置开车实施氮气预冷开车,打通装置运行流程,逐步上提装置运行负荷,引实物料开车,同时通过配制引乙烯开车线,提前建立乙烯循环,缩短了开车时间,减少物料排放,降低了开车风险,实现了火炬"零排放"目标。 When starting the overhaul, the ethylene plant runs down during shutdown to recovery the streams as much as possible. The ethylene tank pressure should be well controlled to minimize discharge loss during the overhaul. After the overhaul, the ethylene plant is restarted with nitrogen precooling, followed by linking up the whole processes, ramping up load, introducing feedstock streams and establishing ethylene circulation in advance delivered by the startup ethylene pipeline. All these help cut down startup time and risk, and achieve "zero-emission" to the flare.
