摘要
孤东油田经过长期注水开发,大孔道窜流严重,需要采取大剂量高强度无机颗粒深部调剖。为降低施工材料成本,结合联合站废弃油泥砂和湿地浮渣环保再利用的需要,在对油泥砂和湿地浮渣无机颗粒性能分析的基础上,对两种无机调剖材料进行改质处理。结果表明,改性油泥砂调剖剂200目过筛率97%,稳定性好,60 min析水率小于10%,堵水率大于95%,实现了材料的可控胶结,且现场强度调整方便,便于段塞组合的优化,优化后的成本下降到1 600元/吨;湿地浮渣优化后粒径中值19.357μm,筛选出的复合堵剂最佳配方(油泥∶固化剂∶激发剂)为10∶2∶1,堵剂成本980元/吨,较好满足了低油价下经济调剖的需要。
Through a long-term water injection development in an oilfield, large pore paths channel seriously and they need take large doses of high-strength inorganic particles for deep profile control. To reduce the construction cost of materials, and meet the needs of environmental protection and recycling of waste oil-mud sand in joint station and wetland scum, two kinds of inorganic profile control materials are treated based on the performance analysis of oil-mud sand and wetland scum inorganic particles. The results show that the modified oil-mud sand profile control agent 200 mesh sieve rate is 97% with good stability, the 60 rain drainage rate is less than 10%, and water plugging rate is more than 95%. The controllable cementing is realized and field intensity adjustment is convenient, facilitating slug combination optimization. The cost after optimized is down to 1600 yuan/ton. The optimized wetland scum size median is 19.357 μm. The best proportion of the selected compound plugging agent (oil mud: cementing agent: exciting agent) is 10:2:1, and the plugging agent cost is 980 yuan/ton. All of these help to better meet the needs of economical profile control under a low oil price.
