摘要 硬膜外麻醉是一种广泛应用于临床的麻醉技术,具有对心血管、呼吸及胃肠道功能影响小的特点。阻力消失法是最常用的识别硬膜外间隙的方法。由于这是一种主观性判断,致使缺乏经验的麻醉医生穿刺失败率高。目前已经提出了几种用于识别硬膜外腔穿刺边界的客观方法,本文就目前用于硬膜外穿刺的一些新技术及研究进展进行综述。 Epidural anesthesia is widely used anesthetic modality, which has little adverse effect of cardiovascular, respiratory, and gastro-intestinal funetions. The loss of resistance is most frequently used technique to confirm entrance of epidural space. As the loss of resistance is a subjective felt motion, higher failure rates occur with inexperienced anesthesiologists. Several objective methods for identifi- cation of entering epidura] space have been proposed. Herein, we review the new approaches used in epidural anesthesia.
