摘要
为保证大型钢结构施工安全,防止其施工事故的发生,基于BIM与RFID等技术,构建了大型钢结构施工过程中的危险源管理系统及其实施流程,重点分析了该系统中的关键环节,包括数据采集层、模型层、信息处理层、信息应用层和用户层,并对该系统的设计原理进行分析,主要包括系统实现途径以及各层之间的信息交互。该危险源管理系统以集成化的BIM安全信息模型为基础,通过将施工现场危险源实时信息和已链接到BIM模型中的危险源数据库进行对比,能够在BIM模型中快捷显示危险源信息、链接专项安全施工方案等,有效实现了对大型钢结构施工现场的危险源管理。并以杭州某大跨度钢桁架结构为实例,介绍了该方法在倾覆坍塌事故预防上的应用,具有较高的参考价值。
In order to ensure the safety of large-scale steel structure construction and prevent the occurence of accidents during construction, the paper constructs the hazard management system framework and its work flow based on BIM and RFID technology. The key links are analyzed mainly, including data acquisition layer, model collection layer, data access layer and model application layer. At the same time, the design principle of the system is analyzed, mainly including the fulfilling approaches and the information interaction between the layers. The hazard management system is based on the integrated BIM safety information model. Through the contrast between the real-time hazard information on the site and the hazard database that have linked to the BIM model, the system can display rapidly the hazard information on the BIM model link to the special construction plan, which effectively identify the hazard situations on the site. At last, its application for preventing the overturning collapse accident in the Xiaoshan steel truss is introduced as an example, which has a high reference value.
