摘要
在某硬岩企业常规铀水冶中,存在固液分离、油水分离、铀钼分离等重点工艺问题,造成产能低、成本高、劳动强度大、产品质量差等。通过边生产边试验摸索及改造,找出了一条适合该企业的矿石处理工艺,使得生产能力由之前的1.2万吨/年,提高到15万吨/年以上,"111"产量提高到设计能力的3~4倍,降低了劳动强度,实现了岗位减员,并且大幅提高了产品质量。
Some problems in the solid-liquid separation, the oil-water separation and the separation of uranium and molybdenum are faced in a hard rock enterprise. These problems will cause low produc-tivity, high cost, high labor intensity, poor product quality and so on. Through improvement in the production process and testing to find out at the same time, a suitable ore processing technology is found out for the hard rock uranium enterprise. This process can increase the production capacity of the ores from 12 000 tons each year to at least 150 000 tons each year and makes the production capaci-ty of yellow cakes increased 3~4 times to the design capacity. The labor intensity is reduced, downs- izing of the staff is realized, and the quality of the products is significantly improved.
