摘要
铀矿冶建设的厂(场)址选择问题是一个复杂的综合性决策过程。厂(场)址选择设计与项目用地情况联系密切,直接影响着项目的投资和经济效益,决定着企业生产环境的优劣和高低。在铀矿冶工程前期,在较短时间内快速准确地选定具有说服力的最优厂(场)址,为项目决策奠定基础显得尤为重要。传统选址方法多为定性比较法,定量计算较少,缺少说服力。为克服传统选址方法的缺陷,改进选址设计方法,本研究首次将地理空间数据云引入铀矿冶工程设计中来,提出将AHP法结合GIS技术进行铀矿冶工程厂(场)址选择设计。通过某大型铀矿冶工程的实际应用,验证了该种方法的可靠性及准确性,为推动铀矿冶设计向3D化、数字化发展探索了一条新的道路。
Uranium mining and metallurgy construction plant (field) site selection is a complex deci- sion-making process. The design of plant site selection is closely related to the land use of the project, which directly affects the investment and economic benefits of the project, and determine the advanta- ges and disadvantages of enterprise production environment. At the early stage of the uranium mining and metallurgy engineering design phase, selection the convincing (field) site quickly and accurately is particularly important. But the traditional location selection method is mostly qualitative comparison method with less quantitative calculation and as well as the lack of convincing. In order to overcome the defect of the traditional location selection method, and improve location selection design method, the geographical spatial data cloud is firstly introduced to uranium mining and metallurgy engineering design, AHP method is proposed to combine the GIS technology applied to design in uranium mining and metallurgy engineering factory(field) site selection. By a practical application at a large uranium mining and metallurgy project, the method is verified reliable and accuracy . In order to promote the uranium mining and metallurgy design to 3D, digital development is explored a new road.
