摘要
在环保要求日趋严格的背景下,进行地浸矿山抽注比对溶浸范围影响的研究势在必行。我国地浸普遍采用的抽注比为抽出液大于注入液量的0.3%,这样可保证在生产期间溶浸液基本不污染采区外的地下水,但需要建造大面积的蒸发池,增加矿床建设投资。若矿床位于征地困难地区则会大幅度增加矿床开发难度。通过对生产矿山和拟生产矿山抽注比的研究和深入分析,运用单孔精确控制方法可以将抽注比控制在1∶1,使蒸发池面积得到大幅度降低,仅为原蒸发池面积的25%,从而降低矿床投资和征地面积,为矿床开发奠定基础。
Under the background increasingly strict environmental protection requirement, study on the influence of the ratio of drawing-injection to in situ leaching solution diffusion range is really nec- essary. 0.3% drawing over injection ratio is mostly adopted in the in situ leaching mine which guaran- tees the leaching solution cannot diffused to outside of mining area to pollute the groundwater, There- fore, huge evaporation pool is needed to be built in these mines, also a lot amount of construction in- vestment is needed as well. Through study and analysis of ratio of drawing-injection in the production process, ratio of drawing-injection can be controlled under 1 : 1 by single hole with accurate control method. So, the area of evaporation pool can be greatly decreased, it only is about 25% of original e- vaporation pool area. As the result, construction investment is reduced, which is provided a basis of the development of the mine.
