直接数字化X线摄影在健康体检人群胸部检查中的应用

Application of Direct Digital Radiography in Chest Examination of Healthy People

目的分析直接数字化X线摄影应用于健康体检人群胸部检查的临床价值。方法选取3100名2015年12月至2016年12月在医院采用数字化X线摄影进行胸部检查的受检者为试验组,另选取3100名同期在医院应用X线胸透检查的受检者为对照组,观察比较两组的阳性检出率及受辐射剂量。结果试验组与对照组个人受辐射剂量分别为(0.51±0.06)m Cy和(15.96±4.83)m Cy,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的疾病检出率为2.84%,显著高于对照组的0.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群胸部检查中应用直接数字化X线摄影,不仅操作简便,检出率高,且具有较高的安全性,可加强应用。

Objective To analysis the direct digital X- ray photography health check - up crowd check the clinical value of chest. Method 3100 cases in December 2015 - December 2016 in our hospital used the digitQI X - ray photography were chased in chest check the client for the team, the other to select 3100 cases in our hospital over the same application of X - ray chest X - ray examination subjects as the control group, observe the positive detection rQte of comparing two groups of subjects and the radiation dose. Results There were significant differences between the study group and the control group （0. 51± 0.06） raCy and （ ]5.96 ±4. 83 ） mCy, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The detection rote of disease in the study group was 2. 84%, which was signifiicanfiy higher than that in the control group （0.74%, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The health check - up crowd chest examination, the application of direct digital X - ray photography is not only easy to operate, high detection rote, and has high security, to enhance the application.
