尿蛋白检测的相关影响因素及有效的检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析尿蛋白检测的相关影响因素及有效的检测方法。方法收集2015年2月至2016年2月300例尿蛋白检测的患者资料,分为对照组和试验组,每组150例,试验组在排除相关的影响因素后检测,对照组采用常规检测,对比两组的检测结果的准确性。结果试验组中,尿蛋白异常标本148例,检出率98.67%;对照组尿蛋白异常标本134例,检出率89.33%;试验组尿蛋白异常检出率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿蛋白检测会受到很多因素的影响,临床需积极采取全面有效的措施,排除尿蛋白检测的相关影响因素。
