芜湖市公私立医院口腔专科四手操作技术的应用现状调查

Investigation on the application of four hand operation techniques of stomatology in public and private hospitals in Wuhu

目的 :了解芜湖市公私立医院口腔专科四手操作技术的应用现状及对比情况。方法 :随机抽样选取安徽省芜湖市口腔专科医护人员,应用自制调查问卷对其进行四手操作认知、行为和态度的调查。结果:公立医护对四手操作认知得分中均值标准差为5.99±0.163,私立医护为5.81±0.447,t=2.078,P=0.046;对四手操作的支持率私立(96.8%)高于公立(94.0%),P<0.001,χ~2=15.612;四手操作的实际使用率私立(32.3%)高于公立(23.8%),P=0.003,χ~2=11.380;对四手操作不易开展的因素调查,公立医护认为主要是医务人员不足(90.1%),医学院校不重视口腔专业方向护生培养(100%)。结论芜湖市公私立医务人员对四手操作均有积极的态度,私立医院四手操作开展现状相对好于公立医院仍需要进一步加强专业系统的培训。

Objectiv To understand the status quo and contrast of the application of the four hand operation in stomatology in Wuhu public and private hospitalsObjectiv.Methods Random sampling to select Anhui Wuhu oral outpatient medical staff, application of self-made questionnaire for four hand operation of cognition,behavior and attitude survey.Results Public health care on the average standard of four hand operation cognition scores difference is 5.99±0.163,5.81＋0.447 for private health care,t=2.078,P=O.046;on the four hand operation support （96%）is higher than the rate of private public （94%）,P〈O.001,X^2=15.612;Four hand operation of actual usage of private （32.3%）higher than that of the public （23.8%）,P=0.003,X^2=11.380; Investigation of the factors of the four hand operation is difficult to carry out the public health care that is understaffed（90.1%）,Medical colleges do not attach importance to the cultivation of nursing students （100%）.Conclusion The public and private medical staff in Wuhu have a positive attitude towards the four hand operation.The present situation of the private hospital＇s four hand operation is better than that of the public hospital.
