摘要
[目的 /意义]本文研究了大学图书馆利用与专业硕士研究生群体教育培养质量之间的相互关系,为进一步提高专业硕士研究生教育培养质量提供可靠的理论依据,为有针对性地改进图书馆资源、空间设施、馆员能力和服务水平提供事实依据。[方法 /过程]通过文献梳理、访谈、问卷调查量表、定量分析相结合的方法,采用结构方程模型为基础理论对调研进行了信度指标和效度指标分析,拟合度检验。[结果 /结论]结果表明基于图书馆利用的纸质资源、电子资源、服务、空间设备以及馆员的业务能力等均与专业硕士研究生教育培养质量间有显著的正向关系。研究还揭示了图书馆利用与专业硕士研究生教育培养质量存在互生共进的关系,图书馆利用为专业硕士教育提供资源和服务支撑,同时专业研究生教育又对图书馆工作改进起到促进作用,具有一定的科研价值。
[ Purpose/Significance] This paper studied the relationship between the utilization of university library and the quality of postgraduates' education, and provided a reliable theoretical basis for further improving the quality of postgraduates' edu- cation in postgraduates. It aimed to improve the library resources and space facilities, Librarians and service levels to provide a factual basis. [ Method/process] Through the combination of literature review, questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis[1], the reliability index and validity index analysis and fitting degree test were carried out based on the structural equation model. [ Results/conclusions] The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between paper resources, electronic re- sources, services, space equipment and the operational capacity of librarians based on library utilization and the professional post- graduate education. The study also revealed the relationship between the use of library and the training of postgraduates. The li- brary used the resources and service support for the professional master's education. Conversely, the professional postgraduate ed- ucation has also promoted library service.
