异地高考政策对随迁子女心理资本与社会融入影响的实证研究 被引量:10

An Empirical Study on Influence of College Matriculation Policy on Psychological Capital and Social Integration of Migrant Children

摘要 以若干个城市1 770名8~12年级的随迁子女为被试对象,探索异地高考政策感知、心理资本与随迁子女社会融入三者之间的关系。结果表明,随迁子女的异地高考政策感知、心理资本均对其社会融入具有显著正向影响;异地高考政策感知对随迁子女的心理资本具有显著正向影响;心理资本在异地高考政策与社会融入的身份认同、文化适应和心理融入三个维度之间均起到了部分中介作用,即异地高考政策感知通过心理资本间接影响着随迁子女社会融入的进程。建议在微观层面进一步提升随迁子女的心理资本;在中间层面进一步均衡异地高考的各方利益;在宏观层面进一步完善异地高考的相关政策。 1 770 children from Grade 8 to 12 in a number of cities are taken as subjects to explore the relationship among college matriculation policy, psychological capital and social integration of migrant children. The results show that college matriculation policy and psychological capital have significant positive influence on social integration of migrant children; college matriculation policy has a great positive impact on psychological capital of migrant children; psychological capital plays a mediating role in college matriculation policy and social integration of identity, cultural and psychological adaptation, namely college matriculation policy indirectly affects the process of social integration with migrant children through psychological capital. Accordingly, it is necessary to further enhance psychological capital of migrant children in micro level, to further balance the interests of all parties in the middle level, and to further improve the relevant policies of college matriculation policy in macro level.
