摘要
为提高现场打桩机与远程控制中心之间的无线数传电台通信质量,文中采用客户端/服务端(C/S)模型提出了一种自动冲孔打桩机远程控制无线通信协议.结合无线数传电台通信应用层、传输层和通信层划分,设计了协议的帧格式,通过数据链路层建立了系统的通信通道.通过远程控制中心和现场控制中心无线数传通信实验,结果表明:该协议消除了通信掉包、数据丢失和通信超时,保证了数据传输的有效性,实现了远程端与现场端的实时通信.
In order to improve the quality of wireless data radio communication between the machine and the remote control center in the field of piling,the client/server (C/S) model is used to put forward a wireless communication protocol for an automatic pile hammer remote control. Combined with the division of wireless data radio communication application layer, transport layer and communication layer, the protocol frame format is designed and communication channels of the system is established through the data link layer. The wireless data communication experiment between the remote control center and the on site control center is achieved. The results show: The protocol eliminates communication replace, loss of data and communication timeout; The validity of data transmission is ensured; The real-time communication in field with the remote end is realized.
