摘要
为了提高摆锤式倾角传感器的角度测量精度,建立了由电位器和倾角传感器构成的二级测量装置,利用二级测量装置消除了由摆锤摩擦力和惯性引起的测量误差,通过系统标定消除了温漂.结合有限脉冲响应滤波(FIR),提出了一种新型高精度摆锤式角度测量装置.角度测量实验结果表明:该装置可有效减小摩擦力和惯性引起的测量误差,稳定性优于普通摆锤式角度测量装置,测量精度较普通摆锤式角度测量装置显著提高,相对于编码器的测量相对误差不大于0.02%.
In order to increase the angle measurement accuracy of pendulum angle sensor, the measuring device with potentiometer and inclination sensor is established. The measurement error produced by pendulum' s friction and inertia is eliminated. The system' s temperature drift is eliminated by calibration. A new high-precision pendulum angle measuring device combining FIR is proposed. The angle measurement experiment is carried. The results show that the device can effectively reduce the measurement error brought by friction and inertia. Compared with general pendulum angle sensor, the new high-precision pendulum angle measuring device is more stable with significantly higher accuracy. The relative error is less than 0.02% compared with the encoder.
