Research on Competitiveness Evaluation of Listed Companies in Public Facilities Management Industry

以我国公共设施管理业上市公司作为研究对象,建立公共设施管理公司的竞争力评价指标体系,收集其2015年度财务数据,运用因子分析方法,对其竞争力状况进行分析评价,实证我国公共设施管理公司的竞争力情况,并对公共设施管理公司综合竞争力进行排序分析,使有关公司能够看到自己的行业排序情况,以及本企业的竞争力优势和不足,为增强企业竞争力并保持良好竞争力可持续发展提供管理建议.

Sixteen listed companies were selected in the public facilities management industry as an example. Based on their financial data of the year 2015, a competitiveness evaluation index system was established to analyze the competitiveness of public facilities management companies in China by the factor analysis. The overall competitiveness of the industry was ranked, which enables the companies involved to learn their own position and understand their own strengths and weaknesses. Finally, some advice was offered on enhancing the competitiveness of the companies and keeping their sustainable development.
