摘要 该研究以木槿幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节剂对木槿组织培养过程的影响,建立了其离体快速繁殖的技术体系。试验结果表明:芽诱导的最适宜培养基为MS+0.2mg·L^(-1)NAA+4.0mg·L^(-1)6-BA,出芽率最高,为84.05%;增殖培养的最适宜的培养基为MS+1.5mg·L^(-1)6-BA+0.1mg·L^(-1)NAA;MS+1.0mg·L^(-1)IBA+0.1mg·L^(-1)NAA更适宜生根培养,生根率高达80.67%;移栽到腐殖土∶蛭石=2∶1的基质中,成活率高达82.93%。 Using young stem segment of Hibiscus syriacus as explants, influences of different plant growth regulator type and concentration on the progress of Hibiscus syriacus tissue culture were examined, and the fast propagation in vitro of Sapium sebiferum system was established. The results showed that the optimum medium formula of bud induction culture was MS+0.2mg· L^-1 NAA+4.0mg·L^-1 6-BA and the bud rate was the highest. The optimum culture medium for multiplication was MS+ 1.5mg·L^-1 6-BA+0. lmg. L^-1 NAA.The most suitable medium for rooting induction was MS + 1.0mg·L^-1 IBA + 0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA, the highest rooting rate is 74.21% .When transplanted, combination of perlite and humus in a ratio of 2:1 as medium, the survival rates could reach 82.93%.
