摘要
该实验分别以3种芒果叶和芒果皮为原材料,用超声波辅助乙醇的提取方法提取芒果多酚,用紫外分光光度计法分别测定其多酚含量的大小,然后用水杨酸法和1,1二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH法)分别测定芒果多酚对羟自由基(·OH)和DPPH自由基的清除能力。结果表明:芒果皮的多酚含量较高,3个品种中芒果叶的多酚含量范围为9.173~10.091mg/g,芒果皮的多酚含量范围为10.410~11.518mg/g。芒果叶和芒果皮提取液有很好的抗氧化效用,对于·OH和DPPH都有较强的清除作用。
In this experiment, three kinds of mango leaves and mango peel were used as raw materials, respectively, dried and ground into powder. The extraction of mango polyphenols by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method was carried out. The content of polyphenol was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry The scavenging ability of mango polyphenols to hydroxyl radicals and DPPH radicals was determined by salicylic acid method and DPPH method respectively. The results showed that the content of polyphenol in mango peel was higher than that in the three cuhivars, and the content of polyphenol in mango wan 9,173- 10.091mg/g and the content of polyphenols was 10.410 - 11.518mg/g. Mango leaves and mango peel extract has a good antioxidant effect, for OH and DPPH have a strong clearance effect.
