摘要
以直升机传动系统组件为研究对象,采用正交设计,设计了一套新的磨损影响因素可靠性试验,通过极差分析法和方差分析法对试验数据进行处理分析,比较两者优劣,确定对直升机机械组件磨损的主、次要影响因素,以此证明该可靠性试验技术的实用性与合理性。
In this paper, with helicopter transmission system as its research object, adopted the orthogonal designing method to design a new test for determining the reliability of wear influential factors. To verify the practicability and reasonability of technology test, the test data were processed and analyzed using range analysis method and variance components method to compare the advanta- ges and disadvantages of the two and determine major and secondary influence factors for abrasion of helicopter mechanical components.
