摘要
目前国内直升机的可靠性、维修性水平都得到了很大的提高,但是,由于后勤延误时间太长,直升机的使用可用度没有得到明显改进。分析了造成这种状况的原因,提出了使用维修保障一体化系统的设想,试图使维修保障之间实现无缝连接,以消除或减少平均维修时间(MTTR)和后勤延误时间(ADT),真正实现可靠性工程"二提高二减少"的目标。文中讨论了使用维修保障系统的构建及实现一体化的技术基础和关键技术,其目的是与业内同行在现存HUMS系统的基础上,通过技术提升实现直升机使用维修保障一体化。
At present, the reliability and maintainability level of domestic helicopters has been greatly improved, however, since the logistics delay time is too long, the operational availability of helicopters has not been significantly improved. This paper analyzed the causes of this situation and put forward the concept of the integrated system of operation maintenance support in order to realize the gapless link between operation maintenance support, and reduce MTrR and administration delay time (ADT), thus it could achieve the purpose of improving the operational availability of helicopter.
