窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油成分分析

The analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angustata by GS-MS

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GS-MS)技术对其挥发油中化合物成分进行分析鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。共鉴定出50种化合物,主要成分为:亚油酸(12.85%)、植酮(11.4%)、二十八烷(10.81%)、棕榈酸(9.22%)、正二十三烷(7.58%)、法尼基丙酮(5.62%)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(3.29%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(3.21%)、肉豆蔻酸(3.03%)、反式-橙花叔醇(2.14%)、月桂酸(2.11%)、雌二醇(1.9%)等。窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油种类较多,以脂肪酸、烷烃类和萜类物质为主。

The extraction of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angastata was by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（ GC-MS）.The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Totally 50 compounds were separated and identified, mostly including ： 9,12- octadecadienoic acid（ Z, Z） （ 12.85% ）, 2 - pentadecanone, 6, 10, 14 - trimethyl （ 11.4% ）, octacosane （ 10.81% ）, n- hexadecanoic acid （9.22%）,tricosane （7.58%）,5,9, 13- pentadecatrien-2- one, 6, 10, 14- trimethyl-, （E, E） （5.62%）, 1,2- benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester （ 3.29% ）, 1,2 - benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis （ 2 - methylpropyl ） ester （ 3.21% ）, teradecanoic acid（ 3.03% ）, 1,6,10 - dodecatrien - 3 - ol, 3,7,11 - trimethyl -, （ E ） （ 2.14% ）, dodecanoicacid （ 2.11% ）, estradiol;estradiol （1.9%）ect.There were many kinds of Sibiraea angustata leaf volatile oil,fatty acids, alkanes and terpenoids were the main ones.
