摘要
实现价值创造是制造业服务化的根本。文章基于服务生态系统视角探讨制造业服务化价值共创模式具有现实意义。首先分析了制造业服务化模式和服务生态系统价值共创的互动层次;然后基于这两个维度构建服务化价值共创模式矩阵,详细阐述并比较了九种服务化价值共创模式;最后得出结论,以为制造业实现价值共创提供理论参考和实践指导。
The realization of value creation is the fundamental of manufacturing servitization. It has practical significance to study the value co-creation model from the perspective of service ecosystem. Firstly, the paper analyzes the interactive levels of manufacturing servitization model and service ecosystem value co-creation; Then, the paper, based on these two dimensions, constructs the matrix of servitization value co-creation model, elaborates and compares the nine types of the servitization value co-creation models. In the last, the paper draws the conclusions and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the realization of value co-creation of manufacturing.
