论全球化、后工业化进程中的启蒙

The Enlightenment in the Process of Globalization and Post-industrialization

人类经历了农业社会和工业社会两个历史阶段,这两个历史阶段是与两场启蒙运动联系在一起的。在中国的春秋战国时期和西方的古希腊,发生了人类历史上的第一次启蒙运动,即启蒙了农业文明;在西方的18世纪,发生了人类历史上的第二次启蒙运动,启蒙了工业社会。现在,我们处在全球化、后工业化进程中,也同样需要一场启蒙去规划后工业社会。因为有了18世纪的启蒙运动,我们才拥有了今天所见到的伟大工业文明,但是,在全球化、后工业化进程中,工业社会几百年来所建构的一切似乎都在风险社会和危机事件频发中受到怀疑,以至于人类无法在第二次启蒙所开辟的道路上继续前行了。在这一条件下,重新审视工业社会并寻求走向未来的道路,是我们这个时代必须肩负起来的一项使命。

Human beings have experienced two historical stages of agricultural society and industrial society,which linked to two Enlightenment movements.In the Spring and Autumn Period of China and the ancient Greeks in the West,the first Enlightenment in the history of human beings took place,that is,the agricultural civilization was enlightened;in the 18 th century,the second Enlightenment in human history took place and enlightened the industrial society.Now,we are in the process of globalization and post-industrialization,also need the course of enlightenment to plan for industrial society.Because of the 18 th century Enlightenment,we had owned the great industrial civilization we saw today,but in the process of globalization and post-industrialization,everything that the industrial society has built for centuries seems to be challenged at the risk society and the frequent crisis,which resulting human beings could not move on the path of the second enlightenment.Under this condition,re-examining the industrial society and seeking the way to the future is a mission that our time must take.
