摘要
对京唐2号高炉并罐式OOC装料制度的优化进行了总结。受炉顶料罐容积限制,2号高炉实行大矿批OOC的装料制度,为了进一步稳定煤气,提高焦炭负荷,结合并罐式装料模型采用了A、B矿配合中心加焦的优化装料制度。优化后的OOC装料制度在2号高炉上取得了新的突破,2015年10月以来,高炉煤气稳定性明显改善,焦炭负荷长期保持在5.55以上,煤比逐步上升并接近200kg/t,燃料比维持在500kg/t左右,主要经济技术指标达到了国内领先水平。
The optimization of OOC charging system for Jingtang Steel's No. 2 BF with parallel hopper is summarized. This BF operates by adopting large ore batch and OOC charging system considering limited volume of the charging hopper. To fur- ther stabilize the gas distribution and increase the coke load, an optimized charging system, i.e. charging via hopper A and B + central coke charging, is selected in addition to the parallel hopper charging modal. The optimized OOC charging system makes a new breakthrough in the No. 2 BF. Since October 2015, the stability of BFG has been improved significantly, the coke load keeps at over 5.55 for a long time, the coal rate gradually increases and even approaches 200 kg/t, and the fuel rate maintains at appr. 500 kg/t. In a word, the main techno-economic indexes reach the advanced level domestically.
