摘要
对马钢4号3200m^3高炉的主要工艺设计优化进行了总结。通过多方调研和反复论证,并结合马钢生产实际,重点对高炉本体、出铁场系统、环保底滤渣处理、顶燃式热风炉、上料系统、煤气干法除尘系统、环境除尘设施、喷煤系统、高炉汽动鼓风机的工艺设计分别进行了优化。自2016年9月6日投产以来,4号高炉各项技术经济指标稳步提升,跻身全国同级别高炉先进水平,达到了预期的工艺设计优化效果。
It is summarized in the paper the process design optimization of Masteel's No. 4 BF sized 3200m^3 , which is carfled out mainly on the blast furnace body, easthouse system, environmental friendly bottom filtration type slag treatment system, top type combustion hot stove, charging system, dry type gas dedusting system, environmental dedusting facilities, PCI system, steam turbine blower of blast furnace after investigations and demonstrations with consideration of the actual production of Masteel. Since startup on September 6, 2016, various techno-eeonomic indexes of the BF improve steadily, and reach the advanced level among the similar domestic BFs and the desired optimization effect.
