摘要
对宝钢湛江两座5050m^3高炉的工艺装备、设计优化、自主创新技术、节能环保技术等进行了阐述。在5050m^3高炉的设计中,炉体设计充分吸取了宝钢3号高炉长寿经验,采用全铸铁冷却壁,同时还采用自主创新的BCQS串罐无料钟炉顶、国产TRT、国产高炉鼓风机等设备,降低了企业建设和运营成本,提高了产品的竞争力。1号高炉顺利投产,截至2016年3月15日,高炉利用系数最高达2.37,燃料比最低480kg/t,煤比最高183 kg/t,风温最高1 280℃,取得了良好的生产指标。

The long campaign experience of Baosteel No. 3 BF is fully taken in 5050m^3 BF body design, in addition to full cast iron cooling stave, independent innovation BCQS bell-less top with central charging hopper, indigenous TRT and BF blower units, etc. , As a result, the construction and operation costs are reduced and competitiveness of the product is strengthened. No. 1 BF successfully puts into operation. Up to March 15,2016, the BF productivity reaches max. 2.37 with min. fuel rate of 480kg/t, max. coal rate of 183kg/t and highest blast temperature of 1280 ℃ , he furnace achieves good production indexes.
