摘要
介绍基于全控型器件IGBT的新型直流融冰技术与其他融冰方式相比,直流融冰技术的很多优点,并已经得到广泛的认可。目前的融冰装置大都是基于半控型器件的电流型换流器,本文所介绍的装置采用的是全控型的IGBT电压型换流器,通过SVPWM控制进行触发。对其两种工作模式的工作原理以及控制策略都做了简要的介绍,并且通过PSCAD搭建了相应模型,进行仿真,仿真结果表明本装置可以在正常情况下稳定运行,达到预期目的。
In this paper, based on the full control device IGBT of the new DC melting ice technology and other methods of melting ice, DC melting ice technology many advantages, and has been widely recognized.At present, the ice melting device is mainly based on the semi controlled device of the current type converter, the device introduced in this paper is the full control of the IGBT voltage type converter, through the SVPWM control to trigger.The working principle and control strategy of the two working mode do brief introduction, and through the PSCAD builds a corresponding model, simulation. The simulation results show that the device can be in the normal and stable operation, to achieve the desired objectives.
